Our Wedding Package Includes:

  • The beautifully restored barn with two levels, giving you space you have always dreamed of for 200 guests.

  • An air conditioned and heated facility that will keep your guests cool in the summer and warm in the fall and winter.

  • Vaulted ceilings, adorned with stunning crystal chandeliers complimented by romantic and whimsical stringer bulb lighting.

  • The finished lower level of the barn that is used to host cocktail hour and is also designed to be used as a backup ceremony location in the case of rain.

  • Access to gold chiavari chairs and round or long tables for dinner/reception.

  • Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and linens by our staff.

  • A dedicated wedding director and venue coordinator who will help you through the venue details leading up to the event.

  • A day-of manager who can handle any venue related issues, and a dedicated team to assist in event execution.

  • Expansive grassy area overlooking the beautiful countryside.

  • All-day access to the Bridal Suite, often used for bride and bridesmaids to get ready onsite.

  • Luxury indoor restrooms located in the barn.

  • One hour rehearsal time the day prior to your wedding.

  • Access to the property from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. with music off by 10 p.m.

Day of Wedding Coordination

Your wedding package includes Day of Wedding Coordination and a team of event assists to ensure your event runs smoothly!

Final Planning Meeting

  • 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding, our Venue Coordinator will review all final details and conduct a comprehensive venue walk-through.


  • Our coordinator will run your one-hour rehearsal the day before your event.

Wedding Day

  • Oversee venue staff and catering as they set up

  • Greet vendors and answers any questions

  • Manage your wedding day timeline

  • Check-in with wedding couple and assist in anything needed

  • Distribute personal florals (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres)

  • Monitor inclement weather and put rain plan into action if required

  • Update vendors of all timeline and weather related changes

  • Troubleshoot any and all hiccups throughout the day


  • Coordinate with DJ/musicians for ceremony music cueing

  • Line up wedding party and cue processional

  • Assist in gathering family for post-ceremony photos

Cocktail Hour

  • Bring drinks and food for the newlyweds to enjoy during couples portraits

  • Drives couple around in our electric golf cart for pictures to locations around the property

  • Oversee the moving of ceremony florals and décor into reception space

  • Touch base with DJ to go over schedule of events for the evening

  • Gather wedding party for introductions into reception


  • Coordinate with DJ/MC for speeches, dances, cake cutting and other reception festivities

  • Assist guests in finding their seats and trouble shoot any seating chart issues

  • Cue catering staff to begin dinner service

  • Make sure all of your vendors eat dinner

  • Facilitate sunset and sunflower field photos if requested

  • Open the cookie table for service

  • Light and maintain campfire 

  • Organize your send-off and light sparklers if requested

  • Oversee and facilitate the collection of all personal belongings, décor, etc. at the end of the night

Exclusive Catering

For your convenience, we have an exclusive relationship with Medure’s Catering to ensure that all needs are handled properly and with the highest quality.

Medure’s has been serving our region for over 40 years. They are a full-service caterer and include china, flatware, stemmed water glasses, table linens and linen napkins in their per person cost. They will tray and display your cookies for you, cut and serve your cake and pack up and send the leftovers home with you.


Professional bartenders also to be hired through Medures for $300 per day. Affordable pricing ranging from $37.95-$41.95 (2024), $38.95-$42.95 (2025), $39.95-$43.95 (2026) before tax and gratuity for a very nice buffet meal and all extras listed above.

Wedding Add-Ons: 


​Our outdoor ceremony location features a custom pergola and an intimate and gorgeously landscaped foliage backdrop and optional decor including a light up chandelier and cream fabric for draping. Up to 215 guests sit comfortably in our custom-made Amish wooden benches. In case of rain, we will take the ceremony inside and set up the space with white padded chairs.

Guests can enjoy the campfire lounge area with the fire managed and stocked by our staff. This is the perfect end of the evening event that can go until 11 p.m.
