We have a very spacious facility with tons of different and unique
options for your perfect and unique day!
Please note that while we have special pricing discounts for non-wedding events, we do not offer this pricing until within 2 months of a Saturday event or within 3 months of a Friday/Sunday event. All other days (Mon-Thurs) have this discounted pricing at all times.

10am-1pm 2pm-5pm 6pm-9pm
We have 3 location choices to choose from:
Barn Upper Level: Vaulted ceilings adorned with gorgeous chandeliers loaded with crystals and surrounded by charming stringer lighting makes for a beautiful and rustic room for your event. The upper level boasts 2 huge doorways framed with flowing fabric and can seat 200+. Our luxury indoor restrooms are located just down the stairway in our lower level. This space rents for $750 for one of the convenient time slots above.
Barn Lower Level: Newly renovated with rustic hemlock siding and charming light fixtures, our lower level is the perfect, intimate gathering space for an event looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. Our luxury bathrooms are conveniently located on this level. This space rents for $500 for one of our convenient time slots above.
The bottom and top level of the barn can be rented together for $1,000.00
Pavilion: Our simple and elegant pavilion area is perfect for an event seeking an outdoor space. We can seat up to 70 guests at round tables with the option of renting additional tented space to place adjacent as well. This space rents for $500 for one of our convenient time slots above.
Round tables and white garden chairs for up to 100 people included in the prices listed above. We can accommodate more guests for an additional charge of $3 per person.
The evening 6pm-9pm time slot has the option to add additional evening hours to their rental for $250 per hour with a maximum 2 hours. (event must end at 11pm)
ALCOHOL: Must be served by a certified bartender
DEPOSIT: We require $500.00 at time of booking with the remaining due 7 days before your event. $100 security deposit due 7 days before the event and will be retuned within 10 days after.
CATERING: You may choose any caterer of your choice.
